Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef here in Southampton, who will lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. Youll be full of inspiration, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you will become an integral part of our kitchen team at the Novotel & Ibis combined Hotels in Southampton.
Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Energetic, adaptable, and passionate about Modern British cuisine.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
