Head Chef

Chef position available in our award winning cafe.

Cafe Alba in Airdrie is looking for an enthusiastic head chef who can work with us to grow our business even further.

As part of the team you can expect to freshly prepare and cook breakfasts, lunches, home made soups, burgers, chilli con carne, macaroni cheese etc. We actively encourage our team to contribute ideas for our menus and to create weekly specials.

The chef's role will include upholding the high standards of hygiene and health & safety practices within the company. We will provide training in this and in food ordering, book keeping etc.

Shifts typically start from 8am and finish no later than 6pm. (No evening work!)

Tips are shared out monthly. (Both cash & card!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
