Roles and responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain quality of food servings
• Lead, Hire, Train & Manage Kitchen Staff
• Oversee Purchasing to stay within budget targets
• Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations
• Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes
Qualifications for Executive Chef:
• Min experience of 10 years in Industry with min 5 years as Executive Chef
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts
• Ability & experience in managing min 50 Kitchen Staff
• Budgeting Skills to Control Costs
• Incredible food preparation abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to create new menu items
• English speaking, reading & writing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: INR 40,000.00 - INR 70,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift (Mon to Sat)
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
