Head Chef Manager
Compass Group New Zealand is a global leader in the hospitality industry, providing food and support services to multiple sectors. We are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Victoria University of Wellington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and cooks to deliver consistently high-quality food, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This role requires a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Relevant leadership experience and a proven track record of managing budgets and teams.
Relevant food safety certificates.
Experience in modern cuisine and presentation.
