Job Description
Simmering Foods & Restaurants Pvt Ltd is looking for a head chef (Chinese / Cantonese speciality) to head its popular restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai.
Candidate should have atleast 10-15 years experience, with atlast 2/3 years experience as Sous Chef or higher. Indepth knowledge of Cantonese Cuisine, including Dim Sums & Woks a must.
Should be able to lead a team, take control of the pass, and ensure smooth operations day to day
should be able to curate banquet menus for guests, help corporate chef in creating speciality menus and seasonal menus
should be able to coordinate with vendors for ensuring smooth supply of good quality raw material.
should be able to manage hygiene and safety within the kitchen.
Salary as per experience.
