Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen construction processes, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. 4. Recipe Development: Proficiency in creating and enhancing recipes to meet the standards of our organization. 5. Production Cost Calculation: Ability to analyze and calculate production costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in kitchen operations. 6. Manage food costing and inventory. 7. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance. 8. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations. +. Training of all outlets in charge of HACCP, Fire fitting, and SOP. Must have team-handling experience and will be able to train Kitchen staff in kitchen etiquette, food preparations, and recipe preparations.
