• Aloo Tikki, Paneer Makhni, Cheese, and Veg Surprise
• Crispy Chicken, Chicken Tikki, Egg & Loaded Chicken

• Range of Pizzas from Margherita to Farmhouse and Chicken BBQ

👨🍳 Who We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in Indian street food and fusion menu execution
• Ability to maintain food consistency and quality
• Experience in food trucks or fast-paced kitchens preferred
Responsibilities:
• Execute the entire Kitchen & Co. menu to spec
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently during rush hours
• Contribute to seasonal menu innovation
• Please note: The Head Chef will be assigned an assistant and will be responsible for handling all billing independently, requiring proficiency with POS systems—including Zomato and Swiggy.
