Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Hiraeth hospitality located in Sainj. The Head Chef will be responsible for cooking Indian, Chinese and Continental food for a resort with an in-house cafe which can cater to around 50 people at a time. He/She will also be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, planning and creating menus, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
Qualifications
• Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skills
• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation
• Knowledge of food regulations and safety standards
• Creativity and a passion for culinary arts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
