Head Chef - South Indian
This is a full-time role for a Head Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine. The role is on-site and located in Chennai. The Head Chef will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of South Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, managing kitchen operations, and training junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary / Hotel Management
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain food hygiene standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
• Creative and innovative approach to recipe development
