We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes to the highest standards. You must be passionate about cooking and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
• Ensure that all ingredients are prepared and cooked to the correct specifications
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the food throughout the cooking process
• Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards
• Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that orders are completed efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
