• Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.
• Work closely with internal legal team for quick action on given cases
• Working with internal legal/external law enforcement agencies to ensure serving of legal notices and carrying out necessary curative/collection activities.
• Managers and monthly review of Collection Manager.
