Reporting to : CHRO
Team : 6
Responsibilities
• Lead the CB function for India, US and UK.
• Partner with CHRO to drive strategic rewards programs.
• Deliver effective compensation solutions to facilitate talent attraction and retention.
Preferred Candidate
• 12-15 years of experience.
• Experience in the BPO/ITES sector is preferred
• Strong CB experience in US markets is preferred.
• Strong analytics skills
