Head Compliance Officer Head-Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (Fin Tech) Suncrypto Jaipur, Rajasthan Job details Salary Upto 80,000 CTC per month Experience: 3 to 5 years in any finance or banking department at Head Legal & Compliance position Job type Full-time :
• Review and advice on implication of internal and external policies to ensure that they are in compliance to all statutory or legal requirements.
• Reviewing/updating terms and conditions for Services offers.
• Support in contentious and enforcement inquires or investigation.
• Reviewing marketing material & offers to ensure compliance with statutory or legal requirements
• Preparing documentation etc. for holding governance meetings (KYC/AML meeting, Operating committee meeting, board meeting)
• Reviewing documentation relating to banking products such as call accounts, deposits
• Others work related to Legal, Compliance and Government enquiries.
