Job Purpose:
To develop, structure, and customise cash management products and services (payments, collections, liquidity, channels, etc.) and to provide best-in-class solutions and experiences to clients. Develop new products according to changing customer needs and conduct research on new product development and the market situation on a continuous basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop, innovate, and execute new products that are relevant to the ecosystem and benefit both the bank and the customer.
• Create funnels for consumer involvement.
• Business funnels are being implemented.
• Enabling fintech and partnership integrations.
• Should have experience into Product/feature backlog management and prioritisation of delivery .
• Cost and efficiency management at the squadron level.
• Good with productivity and capacity the management.
• UI/UX and accessibility
• Backlog management for bugs.
• Delivery and internal impediments.
• Campaign enablement and customer communication facilitation
• Provide value to the end user.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Defining the vision: Research fintechs, banking, e-commerce, and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects.
• Manage the product backlog: define, detail, and prioritise the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on the value being delivered periodically.
• Owning the development and quality: Owning and running the squad from finance to delivery and support to research
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead respective business squads, each comprising 8 to 10 members consisting of varied experiences and skillsets like BAs, developers, automation QAs, Scrums, iteration managers, etc.
Key Success Metrics:
-Project based delivery
-Measuring agreed outcomes in time bound manner
