• Head the Customer Experience team of a leading Bank
• Work directly with the top leadership (CEO and COO) to drive customer experience
• Manage the customer experience for B2B as well as B2C business
• Manage the customer experience teams at PAN India level (individual teams in state)
• Manage the regulatory framework for customer experience
• Lead call centres, Social Media Ops
• Lead a team of Product Managers for Customer experience
The Successful Applicant
• 12-18 years of experience in Customer experience in a leading Bank / Tech based ecosystem
• Strong presentation skills
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Experience of managing large teams
