Key Responsibilities:
Design Operations Excellence
• Define medium- to long-term roadmap for the company.
• Implement scalable processes to improve design team efficiency and project timelines.
Customer-Centric Approach
• Deliver happy homes that balance customers' affordability with the company's vision.
• Ensure customer experience is paramount, with a focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and timely delivery.
Team Management
• Build an industry-leading design operations team capable of delivering 100+ projects monthly from a single Experience Center.
• Work closely with design development, R&D teams, and ensure timely training and competencies upkeep.
Analysis-Driven Decision Making
• Analyze consumer insights to devise design strategies, pitches, marketing plans, and customer communication.
• Create and implement design SOPs across associated functions.
Leadership Competencies
• Drive results-oriented leadership with a focus on guiding others.
• Achieve meaningful business results by prioritizing work based on value for the business and customers.
Requirements
• Tier-1 design school graduate with strong business acumen.
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles, leading large creative teams (50+).
• Deep understanding of interior standards, material costing, and time management.
• Prior experience in planning and management.
