Role Summary:
Part of a highly engaged and cross-functional talented team that champions digital product strategy and product road mapping for a suite of complex customer-facing digital experiences, delivered through a leading mobile banking application. Trend snapper, responsible for the end-to-end management of product offerings for potential & new-to-bank customers. Enhance engagement & experience of potential customers, to drive acquisition through the mobile banking application.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction & provide support to design & deliver on initiatives to drive engagement & acquisition of new users.
• Consistently analyze competitors and global industry leaders & fintech to develop a deep understanding of the latest innovations, digital disruptions, and new & upcoming trends.
• Responsible for customer journeys features & experiences of new to-bank customers.
• Assess trends and customer behavior using analytics to identify, analyze and implement new innovations.
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, business teams and the leadership.
• Provide data, analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders on the impact of digital products.
• Lead conversion rate optimization on digital products & interventions to drive up app store ratings.
• Collaborate with design, content, and agency teams to conduct user research & ensure customer experience-driven design.
• Incorporate customer & business feedback into product roadmaps, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities.
• Create industry benchmarking reports and thought leadership whitepapers.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors.
• Accountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIs.
• Champion agile development to improve products and processes.
• Making sure buy-in from stakeholders in all major decisions and strategies and clear instructions and deliverables for the development.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead the squad with thought and process leadership pertaining to their domain or functional area.
Key Success Metrics:
Lead squads/team(s), manage product(s) and its vision and roadmap, Ideate, Deliver & Effectively track all the deliverables.
Domain Expertise:
• Solid understanding of consumer/ banking/ fintech products & journeys
• Deep knowledge of industry trends to be able to create a high value product vision.
• Experience in competitor research & analysis and industry benchmarking
• Grasping & communication of the of voice of customers
Qualification/ Education Requirements:
• MBA from tier I/II Business School; Minimum- Bachelor’s degree from Tier I/II Institutes.
• 12+yrs of experience, with 5+ years in Management Consulting, Fintech & Consumer Tech
