Head - Distribution
10-15 years of Experience
Accountability & deliverables :
• Expertise in developing channels, launching product, designing business strategy, building up teams & adopting latest technologies leading to business transformation & growth.
• Driving URC branch business distribution across regions.
• Provide input on strategy, based on knowledge of industry and technology trends.
• Manage the teams of resources.
• Good knowledge on NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) Products.
• Excellent knowledge in API Banking (API Designing, Development, Implementation), Spearheading & delivering digital enablement projects on API gateway deployments, development of technology platforms aiding the lending processes.
• Digital solutions are offered to corporates / fintech across multiple use cases thereby offering best of class technology platform & enabling transactions across payment channels.
• Documents processes and collects performance data to determine where improvements can be made.
• Implemented key digital projects for the bank covering digitalisation of various retail lending product.
• Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on market and business analysis.
• Facilitating BC/fintech partner integration & drive innovative digital solutions with strong capability to scale up the business
