We are seeking an experienced Head – ERP & Enterprise Applications to lead and manage all enterprise applications and IT infrastructure across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that enable business operations, growth, and digital transformation. The role will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, application architecture, vendors, and internal IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance for enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management)
• Lead end-to-end ERP ownership including implementation, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and support
• Ensure application performance, availability, data integrity, and compliance
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud/on-prem environments, security, and disaster recovery
• Define enterprise architecture standards and integration principles
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and manage technology vendors
• Establish strong IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Build and lead high-performing ERP and IT operations teams
Required Qualifications:-
• 10–15+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure
• 5+ years in a leadership or head-of-function role
• Experience managing large ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics)
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, integrations, cloud platforms, and ITSM
Education:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
