Job Description
We have a requirement for the position of “Head Execution – Merchant Banking”. This position is for Delhi office. Due Diligence:
First-level financial & legal due diligence based on the preliminary information/documents to be provided by the Company and publicly available information, carry out a preliminary background check through E-Courts, Cubic Tree Reports, Watch Out Invertor, discussions with the management, auditors and legal advisors to the Issue, Re-stating the financial statements of last three years to make necessary corrections in the Audited Financial statements for the purpose of IPO & Finalize the Due Diligence report

Financial Due Diligence Merchant Banking Issue Structure Preparation Preparation & Filing of Offer Documents for an IPO Exchange Queries handling Fund Management Issuing Foreign LCs Vendors Bill Discounting. Trade Finance. Managing Accounts Receivable. Preparation of Monthly MIS. Review Profitability Statement. Vendors, Debtors & Bank Reconciliation. Direct & Indirect Taxation. Team Management.
