Accounts & Finance
Supervising financial and accounting system controls and overseeing the preparation of financial statements in compliance with the accounting standards and guidance notes issued by the ICAI
Ensure periodic closure of all books of accounts / Balance Sheet of Group entities such as companies, partnership firms & promoters and presentation of financials to the management
Coordination with statutory and internal auditors
Close monitoring of organizational processes, systems and controls. Suggest and implement the improvements in the same.
Manage and monitor cash flow on day to day basis.
Supervise, Monitor & whenever required roll up the sleeves and ensure Payables, & Receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.
Support other departments.
Supervising, managing and motivating the team.
Providing updates of amendments and changes in regulations and legislations relating to Real Estate Industry.
liaising with Banks and financial institutions with respect to disbursement / repayment and interest payment.
Tax Compliances
Ensuring compliance with income-tax, GST, VAT, service tax, LBT and profession tax laws.
Analyzing tax implications on various transactions for payment of advance tax and provision for tax.
Advising management on the tax planning measures, if any with a view to achieve an optimal tax efficient structure.
Coordination with consultants for tax matters/ proceedings.
Responsible for ensuring timely submission of returns of the group companies and promoters.
Ensuring timely submission of details to tax consultants for assessment and other proceedings.
Keeping abreast of changes in Tax laws.
Ensuring compliance of any other statutory requirements under the law.
Reviewing taxation MIS.
Supervise & managing tax team.
Attending and solving of various queries raised by the other functional departments.
Monitoring of reconciliation of 26AS and credit ledger balance with books of accounts.
