Job description
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
• Processing vendor invoices (FI & MM) into the accounting system (SAP) from cockpit
• Verifying invoices in electronic scanning and documentation software (Read soft)
• Monitor AP ageing, follow up on open GRNs, and raising timely workflows
• Support Intercompany reconciliation by sending out statements of accounts and clarifying differences
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• * Support AR collection by following up proactively with customers on invoices which becomes overdue and track all the communications with the customer
• Co-ordination with Customers, Area sales managers, Customer services department and other various internal and external departments for timely payments
• Support AR ageing reporting, preparation of bad debts provision and any other ad hoc reports
• Support with day-to-day work like cash application, mailbox responses, verification of customer master data etc.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the fields of AR and/or AP
• Preferable SAP FI knowledge
• Fluency in English and preferably understanding German language but not necessary
• Delivers highly accurate accounting work with convincing level of efficiency
• Understands the importance of due dates very well and prioritize work accordingly
• Self-organized, persistent, reliable and self-motivated individual
• Proficiency with MS tools, especially Excel
Education & Experience
• Well versed accounting professional, Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA preferably in Accounts or Commerce.

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead and manage the finance, accounts, and taxation function for a diversified, investment-focused family office. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing financial operations, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee financial accounting, reporting, and bookkeeping for a multi-asset investment portfolio.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings across direct, indirect, and investment-linked tax categories.
- Drive tax optimization strategies while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, and liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and monitor financial statements, MIS, and cash flow reports.
- Implement internal controls, governance processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on evolving tax laws and investment-related compliance regulations.
- Lead finance team operations and build scalable processes to support growth.
Desired Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing finance and tax functions in a family office, investment firm, or wealth management setup.
- Sound understanding of multi-asset investment structures (real estate, equities, private equity, etc.).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
