- New franchisee acquisition
- Plan out lead generation activity and work closely with the marketing / telesales team.
- Developing new franchisee and getting them on board to produce long-term business plans
- Helping franchisees to grow the business with the business development team.
- Lead the franchisee development process at right from investigation, selection, identification, planning and launch of the franchisee center.
- To achieve the target of new franchisee acquisition and sales
- Designing the strategies to achieve the given sales target
