Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirement, budget requirement and schedules Implement practices that support the performance and goals of the team and entire organization Manage upward and downward communication efficiently and manage stakeholder (employees, customers) perceptions and expectations Maintain and update all administration related POs and Service contract of ensure renewal on a timely basis Asset tracking and Inventory management update asset list and conduct physical verification every Prepare and maintain office Cashbook Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business application Develop and implement MIS Policies to ensure data accuracy and security Prepare dashboard and various sales reports for business segments sales heads as per requirement Develop process improvement for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness Maintain and analyze performance of Sales Team.
