Job Description
• Build and deepen executive relationships with public sector customers for their treasury and retiral investments
• Serve as the anchor for the Public Sector channel, helping to advance our market share among PSEs across the country
• Ability to leverage C-level relationships with executives;
• Identify specific prospects/partners/channels to approach while communicating a relevant value proposition to potential PSE customers;
• Understand the technical considerations, certifications, and procurement processes specific to the public sector and stay alert to RFPs and apply for them
• Assist the team in managing C-Suite relationships with key customers;
• Responsible for Public Sector Revenue, and Product deliverable targets;
• Lead corporate discussion of product strategy, and partnership programs in Pse sectors;
• Own relationships for key accounts.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Proven ability to create strategic relationships at high levels in government agencies;
• Incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of Government process of procurement/tendering in various business domains
• Proven success in managing client relations, operations, managing customer complaints, escalations and meeting targets
