Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage a team focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Indian GSI’s & BPO’s. Ensure clear alignment on business goals, fostering communication, collaboration, and coordination.
Business Development & Pipeline: Drive partner-qualified pipeline and closed revenue by leveraging your expertise in the Care/Service ecosystem. Collaborate with India GSI & BPO’s and the global Sprinklr Sales organization to convert prospects into delighted customers.
Technical Acumen: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Sprinklr Service solutions, enabling you to effectively position and sell our products.
Process Optimization: Establish effective processes and workflows with Indian GSI’s & BPO’s, streamlining partner interactions and driving optimized partner engagement.
Enablement & Support: Drive training and enablement sessions, ensuring partners are well-equipped to position and sell Sprinklr Service products effectively.
Collateral & Sales Support: Collaborate with various teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and technical documentation. Address technical aspects of partner-driven RFPs and RFIs.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and CCaaS solutions' differentiators.
Skills & Experience:
Partnership & Sales Mastery: Leverage your 15+ years of partnership and sales experience to build, manage, and drive growth through Indian GSI’s & BPO’s partnerships.
Network & Ecosystem: Capitalize on your established network within the Indian GSI’s & BPO’s ecosystem to fuel business growth.
Relationship Management: Possess exceptional account and relationship management skills, fostering collaboration and influencing successful outcomes.
Care/Service Technology Expertise: Bring expertise in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry, enabling you to develop effective partnership strategies.
Effective Communication: Articulate complex ideas clearly through exceptional written and oral communication skills.
