Job Description
Role Objective:
Responsible for building India Retail HNI franchise in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders/partners and under guidance of Country Manager India and Head Officer product teams.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement India consumer banking HNI strategy in line with overall GCC strategy.
• Work in close coordination with head office teams and roll out new/innovative products to cater to HNI customers.
• Build out India domestic business with focus on acquiring profitable customers through new/innovative products and channel partnerships.
• Assess/review performance of new product launches and make changes/re-launch with new initiatives to suit changing requirements and business potential.
• Review policies and procedures of new and existing products.
• Ensure that the digital offering of the Bank is in line with the market and aligned to customer expectations.
• Work in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders for new initiatives.
• Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement, and monitor HNI banking strategy with a view to gain competitive advantage.
• Oversee acquisition of new business and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Manage team performance by setting expectations and regularly review performance against agreed objectives.
• Develop marketing strategies for current and future business.
Educational Qualifications and Experience Required
• University Graduate
• 7-10 years of Retail Wealth/ HNI Banking experience
• Experience in managing P&L of HNI business. Proven ability to execute operational initiatives to drive results.
• Creative and independent thinking with strong awareness of competition, industry practices and regulations.
• Self-starter with high energy levels, leadership skills and team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
