Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Talent Acquisition: Utilize technology and data analytics to optimize the hiring process.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with organizational goals.

• Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

HR Functions:

• HR Policy Design: Design and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.

• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Performance Management: Spearhead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and professional development.

• Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives and leverage technology for effective communication within the organization.

Admin and Statutory Functions:

• Office Operations: Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.

• Facilities and IT: Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to maintain a productive and safe work environment.

• Travel and Event Planning: Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and coordination of office logistics.

Technology Integration:

• HRIS Implementation: Leverage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for data-driven decision-making and streamlined processes.

• Technological Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies to enhance HR and administrative efficiency.

• Training and Development: Provide training to HR and staff on technology tools and platforms.

Digital and Social Media Integration:

• Digital Presence: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to enhance the organization's online presence.

• Social Media Recruitment: Utilize social media for targeted recruitment campaigns, reaching a diverse pool of candidates.

• Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends on social platforms for insights into evolving HR practices.
