HR Data Analytics - Head
There is an opening with a leading bank based in Mumbai for Data Analytics Head
Need a strong background from an MNC bank.
• Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommends solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience - Attrition analysis, EWS, Retention & Engagement levels around TA, Governance and Quality checks.
• Develop resourcing models across tech, product & digital hiring for the business globally.
• Should be Accountable for Executive search strategy, end to end recruiting & global Pipeline Strategy, Revenue & Operations Leadership, P&L Management, SLA Compliance and stakeholder relations.
• Responsible for building teams, digital strategies, RFPs, Vendor management, and optimising processing
• Work closely with global business leaders for continuous understanding of their business in order to deliver relevant talent strategies while providing market intelligence and functional expertise, adhering to SLA and Risk compliance.
• Building & monitoring team KPI's and delegating task to ensure appropriate delivery on the assigned projects and regular calibration to share best practices in attracting/recruiting best in class Talent
