Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with our company's vision, values, and business objectives
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
Create and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive and vibrant work culture
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
Manage and optimise HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, including learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee wellness programs
Monitor HR metrics, analyse data, and provide reports to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making
The Successful Applicant
8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate/co-working spaces setup
MBA from a premium institute
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organisational goals
Strong experience in designing employee retention and engagement strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
