Position : HR Head Location : Bangalore Client : Leading Software Development company with its head office in Bangalore. Job Responsibilities And Duties • Must have experience in understanding, defining, implementation and execution of KRAs (KPI /OKR Framework) for IT Services company and each practice CoE units • Should be able to define industry benchmark for employee compensation benefit based on skill relevant experience • Must have experience with industry standards HR policies and implementing appropriate policies to software services and staffing companies • Experience in creating HR policies for performance appraisal and evaluation within an organization • HR Branding both internal employees and external prospects • Must have good experience in managing HR team • Must have experience in nurturing and retaining employees by consistent employee engagement (ESAT, Grievance conflict resolution) • Must be able to interact with the executive management (CEO) and provide weekly, monthly relevant reports • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are required • Excellent people skills and high emotional intelligence skills are a must • Demonstrate good leadership skills to control and motivate employees, without being harsh • Good experience in Talent acquisition for all levels of positions • Should have worked for a small and mid/large company • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management • Should have worked in IT Services company Expected Contributions • Organizational restructure • Drive Integrated Change Management, • Develop and implement employee friendly policy to support the organizational growth Qualifications And Experience • Postgraduate - MBA from Top B School • Experience - At least 15 years of experience in the HR function with the last 2-3 years in the role of a HR Head in an IT services company.. Competency • KPI / OKR Framework, Compensation benchmarking, Org. wide policy implementation, ESAT, Grievance conflict resolution, and Delivery Management, Talent Acquisition.
