- Define people hiring and retention strategies for the Organization
- Designing budgets, company policies and managing internal HR systems for optimal employee and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee employee development for process excellence and client satisfaction.
Desired skills, experience and qualification:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 12 - 18 years of Zonal and Corporate level HR experience
- Experience of bulk hiring.
Sound knowledge of all HR processes
- Excellent leadership and management qualities
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must have expertise in Statutory compliances and HR policy implementation.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
- To collaborate with top management for developing and creating the organizations' vision, mission, and strategies.
- To oversee hiring process regionally and strategically.
- Develop and implement strategic policies and plans that align with the overall business strategies.
- To work on reporting performance to the MD by using a business matrix.
- To ensure all the procedures are following legal regularities.
- Re-engineering the process for ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Planning, developing, and implementing effective HR practices.
- Align business goals with individual objectives within the company.
- To prepare plans for succession planning, manpower planning, and budgeting etc.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Development of administering talent management & succession planning activity within the organization
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding updates, benefits & company policies to all levels.
- Ensure proper practices and procedures are followed for the entire employee life cycle effectively.
- Manage & executive performance management e.g. monthly, half-yearly & annual promotions, feedback with timeline adherence.
- Work closely with business leaders & regional HR to improve work relationships, build morale & increase productivity & retention.
- Be a culture shaper & ensure that our culture and value are made visible and real through various programs and initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance as per applicable law and revise the policies as and when required.
- Creating a learning culture and implementation of LMS, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development
