The Hr Head Will Play A Lead Role In Employee And Organizational Development- Design Strategies &Amp; Programs That Attract, Grow And Retain Employees- Create, Mentor And Lead An Effective Hr Department- Lead Changes In Systems And Processes By Taking Up Best Practices In The Industry Combined With Organization Needs- Build And Maintain Effective Relationships With All Internal Departments.- Actively Work On Strengthening The Organization'S Hr Systems And Employee BaseThis Role Will Be Responsible To Support 2- 3 Business Units Typically With An Employee Base Of 250+ Employees In Activities Relating To:- Employee Communication And Engagement- Employee Retention- Identify Hr Intervention Needs, Create Appropriate Programs, Actively Participate In Hr Interventions &Amp; Projects And Ensure Timely Completion.- Reporting &Amp; Analyzing Key Talent Metrics- Developing Effective Partnership With Employees, Managers And Ensure Positive Work Environment- Manage Available Resources Effectively And Promote Hr Capabilities. Collaborate Effectively With All Stake Holders Within Hr Organization- Build &Amp; Lead A Team Of Assigned Hrbps, In Doing All Of The Above.Desired Profile:- 8 - 15 Years Of Experience In All Hr Functions High Growth Complex Companies Or Dynamic Start- Up Organizations- Passion To Lead In A Successful And Challenging Work Environment- Proven Ability To Interact Effectively Across All Levels Of The Organization, Including At Senior Levels- Prior Expertise In Areas Like Establishing Hr Systems And Processes, Employee Engagement, Report- Analysis &Amp; Intervention, Would Be Strongly Preferred- Effective Contribution Towards Strategic Initiatives And Efficient In Performing Tactical &Amp; Operational Work
