Job Description
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high caliber workforce.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head - Human Resources' should have:
• 15+ years of overall experience in the HR field
• Should come with a full time MBA in HR / CA
• Prior experience in retail financial services organizations and large team build outs is mandatory
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the financial services industry, particularly in trading
