Job Description
E OVERVIEW : We are looking for an experienced Head of HR and Operations (from BPO/KPO only) to provide executive level guidance and leadership to company's HR function and operations. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting, developing, implementing and overseeing the HR functions/goals, Operations, strategies and team to deliver a best-in class employee experience and operations for India team (100+ employees), while establishing company as an employer of choice to attract and retain talent. You will act as the main leader for the HR function, with many opportunities to develop and grow your career and team.
RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- Oversee all aspects of HR - own the entire HR Function and establish solid foundation for growth
- Establish best practices for HR compliance, process, policies, procedures, governance, etc. Implement HR structure, strategy and plan to support current needs, priorities and growth in all areas, including: talent acquisition, talent management, learning/coaching, compensation, total rewards (benefits, wellness, incentives), employee engagement
- Act as foundational and change leader to transform the HR organization - Partner with executive team and other leaders to align business strategy to people strategy
- Grow Company employer brand equity
- Promote a culture of innovation, growth, accountability
