Job Description
- Build and Manage overall sales process for India and Overseas
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Set and manage sales department budgets
- Track, analyze and present sales metrics to senior leadership
- Ensure that the high standards of the organization are maintained and enforced when necessary.
- He/she also has the role to train assigned team members, who are usually made up of people from varying backgrounds, and different levels of experience.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
- Candidates need a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ed-tech/B2C Internet based industry and in a leadership position.
