Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as the Head of Inside Sales. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our business through effective management and expansion of our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals, objectives, and performance targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion, aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team and consistently monitor and evaluate performance against targets.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
• Sales Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficient lead management, effective communication, and timely follow-ups.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to the senior management team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations as needed.
• Sales Technology: Utilize sales tools and technology platforms to enhance the sales process, track performance, and ensure accurate data management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of the home inspection industry or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location:
This position is based at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or client engagements.

Compensation:
Rs + lac - Rs 12 lac per annum
