We are looking for an experienced leader to head international and export operations for a growing business in the building materials domain. The role involves managing sales across global retail markets and driving market expansion strategies across geographies.

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong domain knowledge in building materials or allied sectors

• Proven success in international business development and market strategy

• Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

• Experience leading multicultural and geographically distributed teams

• Fluency in English; knowledge of international languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus

• Willingness to travel internationally as required
