Job Summary:
As part of the Head Lab Fitout team, you will be responsible for setting up a pharma research lab, have the ability to give design input, interact with end users to design, optimize the cost, and adopt new global practices
Responsibilities :
Execution of turnkey project and handover for fit-out, working in close coordination with the management. Overseeing all building management systems including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities. Subsequent upkeep of fit-out details lab drawings and transition document. Detailed engineering including layout and equipment load. Estimation, and coordination with vendor and project management consultants/companies.
Qualification and Skills:
Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building fit-out projects and knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Photoshop software, and 3Dmodeling preferably from Lifesciences Industry Co-ordination & Communication Negotiation skills
