• Collaborate with banks for mortgage registration and security creation.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.
Skills Required
• Enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate law, RERA, and property regulations.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of stamp duty, registration laws, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with local authority processes in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Goa.
