Head Linen Porter - London

As our Head Linen Porter, you will be at the forefront of our housekeeping operations, leading and supervising a dedicated team to ensure the seamless delivery of service. Collaborating closely with the Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will oversee the efficient handling and distribution of deliveries to guarantee they arrive promptly and are swiftly allocated throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Liaise with the Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, supporting your team and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, demonstrating a keen attention to detail in every task.
• Utilise your organizational and communication skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the team.
What you Need:
• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to excel in a leadership position.
• A knack for thriving under pressure, coupled with a relentless commitment to delivering results.
