Head (M&A) || Ahmedabad Location || Ports & Logistics Industry
Critical Accountabilities :
- Lead assessment and execution of large, small and medium-size M&A / JV / partnership projects in conjunction with business group and corporate M&A partners
- In partnership with BD, identify and research M&A opportunities supporting the growth strategy of industrial consolidation, enhancement of channel to market and a business model expansion.
- Responsible for involving and managing internal and external resources in the various competence areas necessary in a transaction.
- Lead integration teams and coordinate executions of acquisition plans. Develop and document best practices while acting as a M&A centre of excellence.
