Key responsibilities:
Developing the marketing strategy and budgets in line with the business goals
executing marketing and growth strategy across PAN India
Managing marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals, SEO, BTL, radio, print media, OOH etc.
Working with influencers to establish our digital presence on YouTube
Closely tracking results and RoI of all marketing initiatives
Work closely with the product team to streamline referral marketing
Be responsible for the entire marketing budget for the company
Drive success through an efficient team of brand, content, digital and creative marketing professionals
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing
10-15 years of relevant experience in marketing leadership role with leading NBFC/Banks/HFC’s for retail assets business
A strategic and tactical thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving organizational growth
Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills
