Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head-Marketing for Zoya, the luxury jewelry brand of Titan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness for Zoya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives for Zoya
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury jewelry industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior

-12-15 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience of building a new brand.
-Relevant experience in a luxury category or industry, with at least last 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team and a brand.
-Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns ,
-Experience in managing digital content , growth marketing and delivering revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
-Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role within the luxury brand industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
