Job Description
Head of Merchant Banking will play a pivotal role in setting up, steering and expanding our Merchant Banking division.
Division Management:
- Setup, Oversee and grow the Merchant Banking division.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and strategic direction of the division.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor financial solutions accordingly.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with SEBI regulations and other legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and guide the team accordingly.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze Indian IPO market trends and opportunities.
- Leverage market insights for strategic decision-making and investment planning.
- Familiarity with SEBI rules and other legal compliances
