About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic M&A Head to lead the vertical-originating, structuring, and executing complex domestic and international deals. This is a leadership role involving client strategy, investor relations, and team development.
What You'll Do:
- Originate and execute large-scale M&A deals (USD 50-100mn+)
- Drive strategy, investor engagement, and deal negotiation
- Lead client advisory and cross-border transactions
- Build and mentor a high-performance deal team
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years in investment banking or advisory
- Proven M&A execution record
- Deep financial acumen & deal structuring skills
MBA/PG in Finance preferred
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management
- Sectors we've impacted: Infrastructure, Energy, Pharma, Logistics, Real Estate, FMCG, and more.
