Head of Accounting and Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounting function.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, budgeting, and responsibilities.

• Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).

• Handle audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.

• Implement internal controls and improve financial efficiency.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulation.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
