Overall
•Promote Danske in local community as the preferred employer and secure strong pipeline of young, talented analysts & data scientists
•Prepare succession planning for key positions to ensure strong talent pipeline for future HR leads and Expert Leads
•Ensure cultural vision and plan of ACoE is aligned with business priorities and strategy of Global ComEx
•Be on of top of agreed roadmaps – and ensure momentum and a ”next level” approach in deliveries
Commercial Insights
•Develop and run Nordic tools and dashboards to enable local ComEx units to drive the commercial agenda
•Develop, run and optimise Nordic commercial tracking of sales, leads and customer interactions, including digital sales & behavior using Celebrus and Adobe
•Develop and run a Nordic Customer Satisfaction Setup in close collaboration with Customer Insights
•Develop and run a Nordic Sales Funnel based on commercial insights about sales, leads, customer interactions, digital sales, digital behavior and customer satisfaction
•Develop and maintain different data products as part of the Commercial Data Foundation
Advanced Commercial Analytics CoE
•Support Tribes and ComEx in identifying opportunities where data science models can deliver commercial value
•Develop models to predict customer behaviors and prefernces, enabling data-driven targeting of customers at the right channel at the right time
•Develop next-best-offer engine enabling personalised recommendations and content to drive customer lifetime value and CX across channels
•Embed best-practice standards for model development to ensure models can be scaled across our business efficiently
1-1 CRM Analytics
•Development and execution of 1-1 activities in MCT/SAS360
Segment Customer Insights
Support on the generation of insights and development of insights and reporting tools
