+0+ Technologies is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to establish our marketing function and help shape the future of our growing business. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy—spanning positioning, messaging, digital campaigns, customer acquisition, and brand development.

You will collaborate closely with our VP of Sales, Business Development Manager, and Senior Leadership Team to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client engagement. Key Responsibilities
• Position +0+ Technologies as a leading IT Consulting and Services firm serving the Public and Nonprofit sectors.
• Develop and elevate our premium brand identity through innovative digital marketing strategies and compelling value propositions.
• Drive lead generation and sales growth through targeted campaigns that improve brand recognition and support revenue objectives.
• Establish a market-leading demand generation function with the goal of marketing-sourced opportunities accounting for 70% of a $10M pipeline.
• Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to the U.S. market, including value proposition development, industry-specific messaging, and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee content management and performance of the corporate website, leveraging it as a key tool for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels, aligning messaging with client needs and market positioning.
• Leverage marketing analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to gain insights into customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop engaging content such as blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces to drive outreach and client engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics—particularly within the U.S. market for IT consulting services.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and SEO in the U.S., with a proven ability to drive pipeline growth.
• Expertise in brand development, GTM strategy, and content creation with a keen eye for design and audience engagement.
• Proficiency across digital channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid search.
• Demonstrated success marketing IT services to U.S. public and nonprofit sector clients is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar), and collaboration tools.

Work Conditions:

• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, team workshops, or industry events.
