Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Brand & Marketing to lead and execute our NZ & Australian marketing strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement. As the Marketing & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for growing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales through innovative marketing campaigns across all channels in both the NZ and Australian market.
Direct Reports: 4 marketing team members
Reporting into: Managing Director / Co-Founder
Key Responsibilities:
Execute on a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels (Trade, Social, Digital & Paid)
Collaborate with sales teams to create campaigns that drive revenue and customer retention.
Lead our Consumer Connectivity programs
Drive partnership programs to enhance brand visibility.
Support the innovation team with NPD
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content and campaigns.
Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Lead a marketing team consisting of content, brand, trade and design executives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of trade marketing, digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience managing budgets and marketing campaigns.
Strong track record of leading and scaling marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
